The Flask Dashboard -- Monitoring 11 Channels From Your Browser
webapp.py launches a Flask web server on your Android phone that serves a dashboard accessible from any device on the same network. Login-protected, dark-themed, mobile-responsive. It shows real-time data for every channel without requiring you to open YouTube Studio separately for each one.
What the Dashboard Shows
- Total views, subscribers, and video count per channel
- Last upload time and status for each channel
- Watchdog status -- running, paused, or error state
- A/B test current winner per channel
- One-click "Post All Channels Now" button for manual overrides

By default the Flask dashboard runs on your local network. To access it from outside your home network, use a service like ngrok or Cloudflare Tunnel to expose it publicly. The login protection prevents unauthorized access.
