webapp.py launches a Flask web server on your Android phone that serves a dashboard accessible from any device on the same network. Login-protected, dark-themed, mobile-responsive. It shows real-time data for every channel without requiring you to open YouTube Studio separately for each one.

What the Dashboard Shows

• Total views, subscribers, and video count per channel
• Last upload time and status for each channel
• Watchdog status -- running, paused, or error state
• A/B test current winner per channel
• One-click "Post All Channels Now" button for manual overrides

Accessing It Remotely

By default the Flask dashboard runs on your local network. To access it from outside your home network, use a service like ngrok or Cloudflare Tunnel to expose it publicly. The login protection prevents unauthorized access.
